CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customer:

a. If you cancel your travel booking before the start date of the travel service, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the specific travel service you have booked and the amount of notice you provide before the start date of the travel service.
c. If you do not show up for the travel service, you will be considered a no-show, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Cancellation by Panny Fack India:

a. In rare cases, Panny Fack India may need to cancel a travel service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or a supplier's inability to provide the service.
b. If we cancel a travel service, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any payments you have made for the service.

Refunds:

a. If you are entitled to a refund due to a cancellation or a no-show, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
b. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or other charges, depending on the specific travel service you have booked and the terms and conditions of your booking.
c. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the booking.

Changes to Travel Service:

c. Panny Fack India will do our best to accommodate any changes you need to make, but please note that changes may not always be possible.
